Rotterdam is building a huge structure to shelter its large
farmers’ market.
The circular bridge-like building will house condominiums.
The market stalls will be under that bridge and next door to
Binnenrotte, the largest outdoor farmers’ market in the Netherlands.
The market planners expect between 4.5 and seven million
shoppers per year.
