Susan Mann of Better Farming reports that there's a shortage of organic milk in Ontario, so processors, such as Organic Meadow, can't find enough to make cultured dairy products.
She's too provincial.
The shortage extends across most of North America.
Here on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, there's not even enough to meet fluid milk demand.
The local Kroger's supermarket, part of the largest supermarket chain in the almighty United States of America, there's a sign in the organic milk counter apologizing and explaining there's a general shortage of organic milk.
At least, thanks to supply management, the Ontario shortage is not the result of Americans using their elevated dollar value to suck up Canadian supplies. Let them drink our Alberta oil, assuming they can locate enough CN and CP diesels to deliver it in tankers.
