Farm greenhouse gas guidelines coming

Tom Vilsack, the United States Secretary of Agriculture, will be announcing voluntary guidelines for farmers and ranchers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

He will be at Michigan State University to make the announcement.

It’s part of President Barrack Obama’s agenda to address climate change without needing Congressional action or approval.
