The tribunal ruled that it was right in dismissing his original appeal which had to do with election procedures for the Chicken Farmers of Ontario marketing board.
Kocsis, who is a lawyer, has served as a board director in the past, but failed to qualify for another run at a board seat.
The tribunal said in this decision that the chicken board holds the power to make the regulations governing the election procedures which Kocsis opposes.
