Parrish & Heimbecker Limited has bought a grain elevator in Quebec City from Societe En Commandite Terminal Grains.
It has been operated by Sollio Agriculture since 2021.
P&H said in the release it has also established a new commercial relationship with Quebec-based terminal operator QSL International Ltd.
QSL’s presence and expertise in the Port of Quebec “will support the continued success and integration of the terminal into P&H’s national supply chain,” P&H said.
