Huron County Ontario Provincial Police believe they have caught the thief who stole thousands of chicks.
They have charged a 41-year-old from South Huron with fraud over $5,000 and public mischief. He is the farmer who reported the theft.
About 30,000 chicks worth $139,000 were reported stolen during the night of April 19 and 20.
