Olymel said it plans to permanently install a team at the new chemistry lab by the end of this month to help both companies boost development of future technological needs and to accelerate agri-food innovation.
Olymel said it will partner its expertise in food chemistry with Cintech’s research and equipment and expertise in R&D.
Cintech said this collaboration is the first of its type in Canada. It has been offering to help Quebec’s agri-food businesses since 1986.
